Through the Citizens' Delivery Tracker — CRDCU's mobile and web application that gives every Nigerian real-time access to ministerial scorecards, progress updates, and a direct channel to submit feedback.
Ministerial performance is reviewed quarterly. Delivery Managers and Sector Experts assess progress against agreed deliverables, and findings are escalated to the Presidency with recommendations for support or corrective action where needed.
